Article 1 : Scope and purpose

1.2. Object
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of each party within the framework of the online sale of goods offered by the French Riviera company to its customers.
Article 2 : Essential characteristics of the products offered for sale

Article 3 : Order
3.1 Electronic confirmation

3.2. Order confirmation

Article 4 : Terms of delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The consumer takes note that the delivery will be by Colissimo for private customers, and by Colissimo with delivery against signature for professional customers, when placing the order. As a result, this assures the consumer of his good delivery and the proof of the carrier will therefore prevail. For professional customers, the shipping costs are € 10 excluding VAT up to € 300 excluding VAT for purchases after which the delivery is free. The consumer is responsible for the destination address he provides. He must provide as much information as possible for the correct delivery of the package. If the delivery has not been able to continue its routing for incomplete or incorrect address, the actual delivery costs for a reshipment are the responsibility of the consumer. These costs must be paid before the parcel is returned. Finally, the consumer is required to check the condition of the package received upon receipt and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to the French Riviera company, within 5 working days.

5.1. Right to retract
The consumer has 14 working days to exercise his right of withdrawal on products that do not suit him. This right of withdrawal must be asserted by email to Customer Service at www.frenchriviera-liquides.fr. This period begins with the customer's order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The product must be returned by Registered Colissimo to an address provided by the French Riviera company.
5.2. Refund in case of withdrawal
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs (if they have been offered) and return costs. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer has the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. Redirection will be at the expense of the consumer. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the LaboraVape company will ensure that the consumer is reimbursed as soon as possible. The consumer will then be reimbursed by crediting his bank account in the event of payment by bank card, or by check in other cases, or in the form of a credit note if the customer requests it.
Article 6 : Returns in case of non-conforming products
In the event that the customer receives a product that does not comply with his order, the French Riviera company undertakes to cover the return costs and to reship the product initially ordered at no additional cost. If the latter is no longer available, or the consumer so wishes, the French Riviera company will refund the order as soon as possible and after reshipping by the consumer of the said order.
Article 7 : Applicable prices
For each item, the price indicated does not include transport. In the order confirmation, the total amount is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT. This price includes the price of the articles, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, the transport costs. The full price of the items must be paid when ordering.
Article 8 : Payment
To pay for his order, the customer will find at his disposal all the payment methods mentioned at the foot of the order form. The customer certifies that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment when validating the order form with the site www.frenchriviera-liquides.fr. The French Riviera company reserves the right to suspend any order as well as any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment on the part of officially accredited bodies or in the event of payment refused by the bank.
